At Dead Set On Life LLC, we are committed to offering products and services with integrity and clarity. This Refund Policy explains when returns or refunds are accepted, and when they are not.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Digital products (guides, courses, videos)
• Online programs
• Access to exclusive content or private areas
• Reservations for events or retreats
Once a purchase is made or enrollment is confirmed, the sale is final.
We do not issue refunds for 1:1 sessions that have been booked. However:
• You may reschedule a session with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice
• Sessions canceled with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for ceremonial cacao, supplements, or functional foods.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and include photos so we can evaluate a possible replacement (not a refund).
Once we launch physical merchandise such as shirts, hats, or accessories:
• Returns will be accepted within seven (7) business days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error
If you subscribe to a recurring service:
• You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date
• Fees already paid are not refundable once a new billing cycle begins
